Hello guys, Have you ever been amazed to see someone working very fast in UNIX, firing commands, and doing things quickly? Yes, I have noticed that a couple of times, and I have always been inspired to learn from those superstar developers. I have shared a lot of content on Linux from the Developer's point of view, including 5 Free Linux Courses for Programmers, and in this article or tutorial or whatever you call it, I have dedicated myself to sharing some UNIX command practices I follow to work fast, quick, or efficiently in Linux. I work for the Financial services industry, and my work involves the development and support of online stock and futures trading applications in Electronic trading, Derivatives, etc. All our services run on Linux servers, so I need to work efficiently and quickly on the Linux machine, and that's how I have learned these productivity tips in Linux.

Why use Underscore in Numbers from Java? Underscore in Numeric Literals Example

JDK 1.7 release had introduced several useful features, despite most of them being syntactic sugar, there use can greatly improve readability and code quality. One such feature is the introduction of underscores in numeric literals . From Java 7 onwards you can write a long digit e.g. 10000000000 to a more readable 1 0_000_000_000 in your Java source code. One of the most important reasons for using an underscore in numeric literal is avoiding subtle mistakes that are hard to figure out by looking at code. It's hard to notice a missing zero or extra zero between 10000000000 and 1000000000 , than 10_000_000_000 and 1_000_000_000 .

3 ways to convert String to Boolean in Java? Examples

You can convert a String object to a Boolean object or boolean primitive by using the Boolean.valueOf() and Boolean.parseBoolean() method. The steps are similar rot converting to String to other data types  like  String to Integer and String to Long . You can use the  valueOf() method to convert String to Boolean object and parseBoolean() method to convert a given string to a boolean primitive value. Internally, valueOf() also uses parseBoolean() for parsing String but on top of that it also provides caching e.g. it can return Boolean.TRUE and Boolean.FALSE cached value for "true" and " false" strings.
